We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across the Midwest.
Immediate part-time openings for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants specializing or interested in geriatric psychiatry in Peoria, IL.

• Qualifications: NP or PA degree from an accredited university, valid full license, DEA#, and experience in mental health care with geriatric patients.
• Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, diagnose, and treat primarily geriatric patients in rehabilitation, assisted living, and nursing homes; prescribe medications; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; ensure documentation per Medicare standards.
• Benefits: Daytime hours, no weekends or on-call, flexible schedule, more patient interaction, dedicated support, full or partial benefits, competitive pay starting at $55/hr.
• Preferred: 1+ years geriatric mental health experience, Medicare knowledge, and relevant licenses.
