Qualifications include a valid New York State RN license, graduation from an accredited Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program, and two years of professional nursing experience.Must hold a current Certificate to practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner issued by the NY State Education Department.Degree verification is required if obtained outside the U.S., with acceptable evaluation services listed online.Key duties involve conducting health assessments, providing health counseling, performing comprehensive examinations, reviewing health records, and collaborating on clinic policies.Responsibilities also include obtaining medical histories, ordering routine tests, and preparing reports.The position offers a base salary of $126,000 annually along with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending, paid time off, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
