Job Description
The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) independently delivers holistic, evidence-based primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient counseling, documented in Athenahealth.
Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field, active Texas license, accredited program graduation, and certification exams (e.g., ANCC, PANCE).
Minimum one year of relevant experience, strong communication, organization, problem-solving, autonomy, bilingual skills (English/Spanish), and BLS certification are essential.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, diagnostic testing, documentation, procedures, care planning, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
Focus on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining confidentiality, managing clinical and non-clinical tasks, and supporting a positive healthcare environment.
Manage business aspects like billing, inventory, and clinic operations, working independently with ongoing professional development.
