The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) provides independent, holistic, and evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling for a patient population.
Qualifications include a relevant degree (MSN, BSN, or Physician Assistant), active Texas license, certification, and at least one year of experience. Responsibilities encompass patient assessments, diagnostic testing, procedures, care planning, documentation in Athenahealth, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure quality care. Focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a positive environment, managing clinic operations, and practicing autonomously. Requires strong communication skills (English and Spanish), organizational abilities, and proficiency with technology. Physical ability to perform clinical duties is also necessary.
