Job Description
The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) is responsible for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling, documented via EHR.
Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, active Texas license, and certification (e.g., ANCC, PANCE). Minimum one year of relevant experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Performs patient assessments, diagnostic testing, procedures, and develops care plans to ensure quality safety and continuity of care. Focuses on customer service, patient engagement, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Manages clinical and operational tasks, collaborates with team members, and upholds practice standards.
