Job Description
The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) administers holistic, evidence-based care independently, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient counseling, documented via Athenahealth EHR.
Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, valid Texas license, accreditation, and certification (e.g., ANCC, PANCE).
Minimum one year of relevant experience, strong communication, organization, and tech skills, bilingual in English and Spanish, BLS certification.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, diagnostic testing, procedures, care planning, and documentation; collaborating with healthcare teams; ensuring quality and safety; delivering excellent customer service; managing clinic operations; and maintaining professionalism and autonomy.
Physical ability to perform clinical tasks and work in a healthcare environment is required.
