The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) is responsible for independently delivering comprehensive, evidence-based patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management within a family practice setting.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, active Texas licensure, certification, and at least one year of relevant experience. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, strong communication, organization, and technological proficiency are essential.
Core duties involve evaluating and treating patients, performing procedures, documenting in EHR, developing care plans, and providing health education. Collaboration with healthcare teams and ensuring patient safety are key priorities.
Emphasis is placed on delivering excellent customer service, managing the clinical environment, and maintaining confidentiality. Providers also handle business aspects like billing and inventory, working autonomously to meet organizational goals.
Physical requirements include mobility to perform clinical tasks. The role offers full-time, permanent employment with competitive pay ($64-$68/hr) and benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
