Job Description

The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) is responsible for independently delivering holistic, evidence-based patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health issues, documented via Athenahealth EHR.


  • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, active Texas license, accredited program graduation, and certification exams like ANCC or PANCE.
  • Must have at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, organizational ability, bilingual in English and Spanish, and BLS certification.

    • Primary duties encompass patient assessments, diagnostic testing, procedures, counseling, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.


    Additional responsibilities involve delivering excellent customer service, managing clinical environment, addressing conflicts, supporting clinic operations, and maintaining professionalism and autonomy in practice.
