Job Description

The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) independently delivers comprehensive, evidence-based patient care at a family practice, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and counseling, documented via Athenahealth EHR.

Requirements include a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, active license in Texas, certification exams, and at least one year of clinical experience. Bilingual English-Spanish skills, effective communication, organization, autonomy, and basic life support certification are essential.

Key duties involve patient assessments, diagnostic testing, procedures, care planning, and documentation. Providers ensure quality, safety, and patient satisfaction, collaborate with healthcare teams, and manage clinical operations and business aspects such as billing and inventory.
