Job Description
The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) is responsible for independently delivering comprehensive, evidence-based patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and care planning, documented in Athenahealth EHR.
Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, active licensure in Texas, and certification (e.g., ANCC, PANCE).Must have at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and BLS certification.Key duties include evaluating and managing patients, performing procedures, documenting care, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure quality and safety.Focuses on providing excellent customer service, fostering positive relationships, and maintaining a welcoming environment.Manages clinic operations, supports business goals, and works independently with professionalism and initiative.Physical ability to perform clinical tasks and access supplies is required.Offering full-time, competitive pay ($64-$68/hr), benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
