Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide specialized physical and rehabilitation medicine care in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on pain management.
Training is provided by experienced Regional Leads and a Medical Director.
Compensation is $60-$65/hour plus incentives for part-time roles.

Requirements: medical degree, board certification, active NY license, strong diagnostic and communication skills, and a compassionate approach.
