• Seeking compassionate RN Supervisor to lead nursing team, care for residents, and ensure quality care aligned with Christian values.

Provide medication administration, monitor residents with behavioral health issues, and coordinate care plans.

Train and supervise staff, develop work assignments, and ensure adherence to policies.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff; participate in resident orientation.

Maintain accurate documentation, review physician orders, and foster interdepartmental collaboration.

Must have active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania; experience preferred but not required.

Work involves frequent movement, potential exposure to hazards, and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to commute or relocate to Hollidaysburg, PA required.
