This full-time Clinical Nurse Supervisor, RN position in Homer, AK ensures residents’ healthcare needs are met while maintaining compliance with assisted living regulations.
Supervises staff, provides training, and manages resident care plans and medication administration. Ensures compliance with licensing, safety, and infection control standards. Conducts assessments, reports incidents, and maintains resident confidentiality. Collaborates with staff, residents, families, and external providers. Participates in staff evaluations, education, and emergency response. Requires AK RN licensure, 4+ years of experience, and valid driver’s license.
