Nurse Practitioner (Rhematology)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with rheumatology and infusion therapy experience for a small, multidisciplinary practice.

Provide comprehensive patient care, manage autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, and support infusion services.

Conduct assessments, order tests, develop treatment plans, and oversee infusion therapies.

Educate patients, collaborate with team members, and ensure documentation and compliance.

Offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications: Active NP license in NY, FNP or AGNP certification, minimum 2 years’ experience preferred, proficient in IV infusions, excellent communication skills.
