Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an acute telemetry unit, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
