Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Provide individual therapy to children, adults, couples, and families, and complete initial psychosocial assessments.

Maintain clinical documentation per policies and licensing standards.

Collaborate effectively with team members.

Qualifications: LMSW or provisional mental health license in Iowa (independent license preferred), 2+ years of experience preferred, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Bilingual skills are a plus.
