We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary and specialty care in our Santa Fe-based integrative health practice.
Conduct physical exams and health assessments across all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices. Order diagnostic tests, administer medications, and perform procedures while maintaining safety and HIPAA compliance. Provide telehealth services, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Offer specialized services such as pain management, occupational health, hospice, and dementia care, utilizing integrative modalities. Manage triage, infection control, and patient education, including nutrition and medication management. Qualifications include valid FNP license, experience in integrative medicine, proficiency in coding, and strong assessment skills.
