We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving, high-demand multi-specialty clinic in Sullivan, MO. This full-time opportunity combines small-town charm with big-city proximity—perfect for building a dynamic and rewarding surgical practice with strong patient volume, collaborative colleagues, and a supportive medical community. 

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Join a well-established, hospital-campus clinic alongside two seasoned orthopedic surgeons

  • Conduct patient consults, perform surgeries, in-office procedures, and manage follow-up care

  • Enjoy flexible call rotation and collaborate with a dedicated hospitalist team

  • Leverage Epic EMR for efficient, integrated documentation

  • Access a full suite of on-campus support—CRNAs, imaging, therapy, wound care, and more

  • Get involved in APP mentorship and clinical staff collaboration

💰 Compensation & Perks:

  • $600K+ two-year guaranteed base salary (based on experience)

  • $50K signing bonus + $2K/month fellowship/residency stipend

  • Up to $100K student loan repayment over five years

✅ Ideal Candidate:

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

  • 2+ years of experience (preferred: 2–5 years)

  • Licensed in Missouri (or willing to obtain)

  • Active DEA & CSR/CDS (must be obtained before start)

  • Clean license and malpractice history strongly preferred
