Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for our Orthopedics & Bone Health team at Southern Oregon Orthopedics.

Provide assessments, develop care plans, and follow-up for orthopedic conditions and bone health management.

Educate patients on osteoporosis prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.

Perform employee health exams and treat minor outpatient conditions.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate records and monitor patient progress.

Qualifications include an MSN, FNP certification, and licensure in Oregon. Prior experience in primary care or musculoskeletal health is preferred.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 4.5 days/week, with no call or weekends. Benefits include competitive salary, health insurance, retirement, PTO, and relocation assistance.

Location in Medford, OR, with in-person work. Salary is $150,000/year.
