Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Orthopedics & Bone Health team in Southern Oregon. This full-time role offers a 4.5-day workweek with no call requirements, focusing on orthopedic assessments, bone health education, and employee wellness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and managing orthopedic conditions like fractures and sports injuries
• Educating patients on osteoporosis prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle
• Performing employee health exams and treating minor outpatient conditions
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Documenting patient records and monitoring treatment progress

Qualifications:

• MSN and FNP certification with active licensure
• Experience in primary care, bone health, or musculoskeletal care preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Schedule & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 4.5 days/week with no weekends or call
