*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a skilled and motivated *Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant* or *Medical Director *with a passion for wound care to join our growing mobile team. The ideal candidate will have experience in wound care or a strong desire to specialize in the field. You will work autonomously within a collaborative environment, conducting on-site assessments and providing treatment to patients in the Charlottesville**/ N. Virginia(Alexandria)/ Virginia Beach

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide advanced wound care evaluation, treatment, and follow-up to patients in a variety of settings.
* Perform bedside procedures including debridement, dressing changes, and wound assessments.
* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility teams to ensure continuity of care.
* Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress.
* Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention.
* Participate in care planning and contribute to reducing rehospitalizations and complications.

*Qualifications:*

* Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Virginia.
* Wound care experience strongly preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (this is a mobile role).
* Home Health Experience
