Job Description

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.


  • Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings.
  • Perform bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and continuity.
  • Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.


    • Qualifications include licensure in Virginia as an NP or PA, with preferred wound care and home health experience. Strong clinical skills, communication, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.


    We offer a competitive hourly rate ($55–$70), flexible schedules, health benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training. This is a full-time or part-time role with an autonomous, on-the-road work environment aimed at improving patient outcomes.
