Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join a mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.

  • Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up in patients’ homes and care facilities.
  • Perform bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuous care and educate patients/caregivers on wound management.
  • Utilize EMR systems for documentation and participate in care planning to reduce rehospitalizations.

    • Qualifications include Virginia licensure as an NP or PA, with preferred wound care or home health experience. Strong assessment skills, communication, and reliable transportation are required.
