Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), and Virginia Beach.
Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients’ homes and care facilities.
Perform bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Use EMR systems for documentation and educate patients/caregivers on wound management.
Contribute to care planning to reduce rehospitalizations and complications.
Qualifications include Virginia licensure, with wound care experience preferred but training available.
Strong assessment, communication skills, and reliable transportation required.
