Job Description
Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join a mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.
Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients’ homes and care facilities.
Perform bedside procedures such as debridement, dressing changes, and wound evaluations.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and education on wound management.
Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.
Work autonomously within a supportive environment, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules.
Qualifications include Virginia licensure, clinical assessment skills, and reliable transportation. Wound care experience is preferred but training is available for qualified candidates.
