Job Description
Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join a mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.
Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients’ homes and care facilities.
Perform bedside procedures like debridement and dressing changes.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.
Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
Qualifications include Virginia licensure, with preferred wound care and home health experience. Strong assessment, communication skills, and reliable transportation are required.
Offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($55–$70/hr), health benefits, and ongoing training.
Full-time or part-time roles available with autonomy in the field.
