Job Description
The Physician provides indirect supervision and direct patient care for a designated population, primarily on-site during regular hours and emergencies.
Performs physical exams, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, including prescribing medications and referring patients to specialists.
Supervises medical students and residents, manages daily operations of clinical programs, and coordinates care with staff.
Adheres to departmental policies, quality improvement, safety, and infection control standards.
Participates in on-call rotations, virtual services per telehealth policies, and health promotion programs.
Supports other duties as assigned, with periodic review of responsibilities.
This full-time role offers $200,000–$350,000 annually, benefits, and requires relocation to Carrollton, KY before starting. The schedule includes 8-hour shifts, with in-person work.
