Job Description
We are seeking qualified therapists (Recreational, Art, or Music) to join a 125-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital in Bowling Green, KY, providing care for children, teens, adults, and seniors with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Must have a Bachelor’s (Recreational Therapist) or Master’s degree (Art Therapist) from an accredited university and relevant certification/eligibility.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric care, mental illness, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include supporting treatment programs, documenting services, assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, providing group therapy, and understanding age-specific development and chemical dependency processes.
Requires knowledge of professional standards, safety regulations, and CPR certification.
