Here at Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy we can offer our presence to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, your feelings, and what you want to believe about yourself. We can help you work through the patterns physically and in relationships where you feel pain and that hold you back from the life you want to live. We are a small group of committed practitioners.
Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy is a regional center for the highest quality body oriented counseling.
We work with Trauma and PTSD, Attachment and Relationships, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Family issues, and a longing to connect with something much bigger than yourself.
We offer Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Authentic Movement, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Hakomi, Circle of Security, Group Therapy, Couples Therapy, Individual and Family Therapy.
We provide training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to all our clinicians.

If you are licensed with at least 3 years post grad work in trauma-informed psychotherapy we encourage you to apply. We are interested in applicants with skills in anxiety and trauma-informed therapy,

*Position Overview*: Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy is seeking several Clinicians This is a full-time position requiring 25+ hours of work per week.

*Reports to*: Supervisor
*Clinical Therapist Duties/Responsibilities *:
* Perform on-site clinical counseling services to patients of Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies. Clinician and Biller for Assigned Patients level access in Therapynotes.
* Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
* Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy.
* Respond to patients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy website. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patients.
* Communicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
* Timely completion of written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week). Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
* Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy. (paid at admin rate)
* Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
* Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
* When not providing supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians, be available to hold at least 20 patient sessions per week with 25 open spots provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy.
* Engage in bi-weekly supervision
* Other duties as assigned.
*Clinician Hours Breakdown:*
The expectation is that Clinicians will complete 960 clinical hours per year.
*Qualifications and Skills*:
● Align with Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy’ mission, vision, and values.
● Must be punctual in reporting to work.
● Masters degree or doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and Licensed in the state of Montana with LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Phd.
● Be a team player.
● Be able to work independently on tasks assigned. Strong written and verbal skills communication skills.
● Be available to complete 20 sessions a week and schedule 25 sessions a week.

Hourly Pay:
* 65-80/hr. Based on commission.
* Hours will grow as your caseload does, with an expectation that you will be available at least 25 hours per week.
* Work hours and schedule. may vary depend on clients and Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy Needs. The therapist is not guaranteed a minimum number of patients or sessions per week, however it is expected that the therapist be available to hold at least 25 sessions per week, referred/scheduled by Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy. Sessions are to be held at the office location of Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy or online in a secure, confidential setting.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

$65/hr – $80/hr commission
