Speech Language Pathologist / SLP

Job Description

Homestead Post Acute is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide communication, swallowing, and cognition interventions for residents with neurological conditions.

Develop and implement treatment plans, supervise assistants, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Perform evaluations, document progress, and participate in discharge planning.

Educate families and staff, and serve as a clinical preceptor.

Ensure compliance with state practice laws and facility policies.
