Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive communication, swallowing, and cognition therapy for residents with neurological, hearing, and medical conditions.


  • Develop and implement treatment plans; obtain physician approval.
  • Treat patients according to prescribed plans; supervise assistants and aides.
  • Communicate patient progress with team members; participate in conferences and training.
  • Document evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge plans per regulations.
  • Educate families and staff on maintenance and caregiver training.
  • Serve as a clinical preceptor for students and trainees.
  • Ensure compliance with state laws, policies, and procedures.
