Seeking a dynamic RN Clinical Manager with mental health or psychiatric experience to lead a compassionate Behavioral Health Team in scenic Kalispell, MT.

This 40-bed facility offers acute inpatient services for clients with mental health or substance abuse issues, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of leadership experience, clinical expertise in psychiatric or behavioral health, and a BSN degree. Relevant certifications and experience in critical care or mental health settings are preferred.

As a leader, you’ll inspire staff, oversee clinical operations, ensure quality and safety, manage budgets, and foster collaboration across departments. Your role involves staff management, policy compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
