Position Overview
Practice Model
● Primarily outpatient primary care
● Obstetrics optional (not required)
Schedule
● Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
● Choice of 4-day or 5-day workweek
Clinical Scope & Support
● Average 15-18 patients per day
● Full-spectrum Medicine: Pediatrics through Geriatrics
● High demand for chronic disease management and cardiac care
● Dedicated support team including APPs, CMAs, LPNs, and RNs
● EPIC EMR system
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Compensation
● $315,000-$330,000 base salary (guaranteed first 2 years)
● $100,000 sign-on bonus
● Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
● Partnership opportunity available
