Job Description

The Counselor position involves providing compassionate mental health support through individual and group therapy sessions using techniques like CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and art therapy.

Key responsibilities include crisis intervention, comprehensive assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining confidential documentation, and facilitating family counseling.

Qualifications require a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, along with valid licensure. Preferred experience includes working with children, adolescents, and special populations, as well as familiarity with telehealth and behavioral management.
