SCL Site Counselors

Job Description

The Counselor role involves guiding individuals through their mental health journeys by providing compassionate support and therapeutic interventions for clients of all ages.

Conduct individual and group counseling using techniques like CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and art therapy.

Implement crisis intervention and perform comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients with diverse needs, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.

Facilitate family counseling and engage in clinical research to improve therapeutic practices.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, with valid licensure. Experience with children, telehealth, and special populations is preferred.
