SCL Site Counselors

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to provide compassionate mental health support across diverse client populations.

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using techniques like CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and art therapy.

Implement crisis intervention and perform thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients with various needs.

Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and coding standards.

Facilitate family counseling and participate in clinical research to advance therapeutic practices.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, with valid state licensure. Preferred experience includes working with children, adolescents, special populations, and familiarity with telehealth.
