Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide compassionate, high-quality hospice care in Reno, Nevada.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized care plans.

Manage symptoms and pain to improve patients’ comfort and quality of life.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers.

Educate patients and families on end-of-life care and symptom management.

Document patient interactions and care plans per regulatory standards.

Qualifications: Current Nevada NP license, hospice or palliative care experience preferred, strong assessment skills, effective communication, and reliable transportation.
