About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Oncology NP in Iowa!

Join a nationally accredited, community-based cancer care program dedicated to delivering patient- and family-centered oncology services close to home.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

🕒 Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• No call

• No weekends

 

Team Structure

• 4 Physicians

• 2 Nurse Practitioners

• Experienced clinical and non-clinical support staff

• Dedicated hospitalist team providing inpatient support

Services Include

• Medical Oncology

• Radiation Oncology

• Infusion Services

• Genetic Testing

• Surgical Oncology (including robotics)

• Clinical Trials

• Multidisciplinary Tumor Boards

• Dieticians & Cancer Navigators

🩺 Position Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years Oncology NP experience (APP experience only — RN experience does not qualify)

• Master’s or Doctorate from accredited Nursing Program

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

• IA and IL licenses (or willing to obtain)

• DEA (or able to obtain prior to start)

• CSR/CDS (or able to obtain prior to start)

• Clean malpractice history (no probate cases or supervision requirements)

• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30–60 days; required at presentation)

• Willingness to travel between Davenport, Clinton, and Silvis

🚫 Not accepting:

• New graduates

• Locums candidates

• Providers with open malpractice cases in probate

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary (based on experience; candidate may submit salary expectations)

• $20,000 commencement bonus (5-year commitment required)
