*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist or an Apprentice in Speech Language Pathology (ASL) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric settings and a strong understanding of speech therapy techniques. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in children, with a focus on early intervention strategies to enhance their development. The Speech Language Pathologist or ASL will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities. (SLP)
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs. (SLP)
* Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions to improve communication skills.
* Provide education and support to families regarding speech development and therapy techniques.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices and medical terminology.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in is preferred, with a focus on pediatrics.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech and language disorders.
* Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with communication challenges.
* Proven ability to assess patients effectively and develop tailored treatment plans. (SLP)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $56,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
