_*Opportunity Overview*_
We are seeking a *Board-Certified Anesthesiologist* to join our collaborative team providing anesthesia services for outpatient GI procedures. This position offers what many professionals in your field desire most: *a four-day work week *(Tuesday through Friday) with *no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.* You’ll work in our modern, well-equipped facilities with established procedural workflows and a supportive clinical team.

_*Key Responsibilities:*_
* Provide monitored anesthesia care (MAC) or moderate sedation for GI endoscopy procedures in an outpatient setting
* Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments to ensure patients are optimized for safe sedation
* Work collaboratively with gastroenterologists, nursing staff, and procedural teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to anesthesia delivery
* Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
* Serve as a key clinical resource for procedural sedation protocols and patient safety
_*Qualifications:*_
* MD or DO with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency
* Board Certification in Anesthesiology (required)
* Current New York State medical license or eligibility
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
* Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred
* Experience with outpatient or GI anesthesia a plus but not required
