Seeking a full-time Lead Physician to provide direct clinical care and clinical leadership for a team serving socially vulnerable, complex patients.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent primary care, mentoring interdisciplinary teams, managing acute episodes, and collaborating on care plans that address medical and social needs. The role involves guiding providers, achieving quality and utilization goals, and representing the organization in community partnerships.

Minimum qualifications:

Active, unrestricted medical license

5+ years clinical and leadership experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work involves clinical care, team collaboration, mentorship, and community engagement, with approximately 70-80% of time dedicated to direct patient care. Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $265,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), insurance, and paid time off. The role requires in-person work and interaction with diverse healthcare settings.
