Job Description

Family-owned short-term rehab facility is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee all aspects of the rehab unit.

  • Must have prior nursing experience in a short-term rehab environment.
  • Responsible for planning and facilitating meetings to address resident care issues.
  • Assist in onboarding new staff, monitor their skills, and guide them as needed.
  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure quality care for residents.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and medical records.

    • This full-time role offers $42-$45/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and more. Schedule is Monday to Friday with on-call duties. Location is in Hingham, MA, requiring in-person work and potential relocation before starting.
