Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist in the Early Intervention department evaluates and monitors children’s communication development, focusing on language, articulation, voice, fluency, feeding, and oral motor skills.
They collaborate with families and team members to plan and provide individual therapy and consultation, ensuring compliance with Family Infant Toddler (FIT) regulations and federal/state laws.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing service plans, maintaining documentation, and participating in trans-disciplinary teamwork, including serving as a Team Lead when designated.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy, CCC or supervised licensure, and NM licensure. Experience with children aged 0-3 is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Work involves travel within counties, flexible hours, and working in various environments, requiring effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to confidentiality and training standards.
Salary starts at $75,000 annually, with benefits including a flexible schedule.
