Nurse Manager Full Time (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Job Description

Our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, operating since 1850, is a non-profit, non-sectarian residence dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life.

We seek a Full-time RN Nurse Manager responsible for 24-hour patient care coordination on a designated unit, supervising staff, and managing facility operations during assigned weekends and days. Key duties include supervising, disciplining, planning, motivating, staff development, ensuring patient welfare, policy enforcement, cost management, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

Work hours are typically 8:00 am-4:00 pm, with schedule adjustments as needed. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 annually. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring a 36.25-hour workweek.
