Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care

Job Description

Seeking Nurse Practitioners to join our Wound Care Clinics across multiple counties. We serve patients in Sacramento, Yolo, Solano, Placer, El Dorado, Yuba, and Sutter counties. Full and part-time positions are available immediately.

Ideal candidates are skilled educators with a focus on guiding patients toward healthier lifestyles. Wound care experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should have at least three years of RN experience in hospital, home health, or clinic settings, along with a valid California RN license and current Certified Nurse Practitioner credential. New NP graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Salary ranges from $125,000 to $155,000 annually
