Seeking full-time and part-time physicians (Internists, Physiatrists, Hospitalists, Geriatricians) for in-person, on-site roles in Eugene, OR. This position focuses on post-hospitalization and geriatric care in skilled nursing facilities across Oregon and Washington.

Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $265,000 annually, with performance bonuses, based on days worked (most providers work four days/week). Benefits include flexible schedules, generous paid leave, relocation assistance, health and retirement plans, and a supportive work environment.
