Job Description

Seeking a full-time Deaf Services Behavioral Health Clinician to provide clinical support for adults who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing with additional disabilities.

  • Offers direct clinical services, supports, and oversight to enhance behavioral, socioemotional, and community participation goals.
  • Collaborates with team members, families, and community resources to promote individual well-being and inclusion.
  • Maintains records and works independently, prioritizing client needs effectively.


  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in related fields, eligibility for RI licensure, experience working with Deaf individuals with disabilities, proficiency in American Sign Language, and knowledge of behavior support and treatment planning.

    Preferred: 5+ years’ experience with DHOH populations, licensed clinician credentials, and experience with mental health and community resources.
