Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse Lead – General Surgery in Aransas Pass, TX, to oversee patient care and team coordination in a fast-paced surgical setting.

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to protocols.
  • Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care, monitor patient progress, and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and implement care plans, document patient interactions, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide patient education and support to promote recovery and satisfaction.
