We are seeking a Primary Therapist to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate individual, family, and group therapies, and provide clinical support. Responsibilities include communicating with families, facilitating therapy sessions, completing risk assessments, coordinating treatment goals, maintaining documentation, and participating in team meetings.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree in a related field, licensure or ability to transfer licensure in Utah, and experience with therapy for young adults or adolescents. Preferred experience includes mental health, substance abuse, eating disorders, or trauma-informed care.
