Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

We are seeking bilingual (Spanish preferred) certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for part-time or full-time roles in pediatric home health.

Our agency is clinician-owned, serving children with cognitive, speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and social/emotional needs in home and community settings. We prioritize community involvement and support employee growth through continuing education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

Pay ranges from $52,200 to $156,000 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, coaching families, coordinating services, and documenting care.

Requirements: ASHA certification, Texas SLP license, CPR certification, and preferred minimum 1-year experience.
